Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review our return policy below:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@bobbiestreetwear.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
3. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label.
4. Ship It Back: Drop off the return package at your nearest post office or courier service.

REFUNDS

• Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund costs are non-refundable and will be deducted form the refund. 
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

DAMAGED OF FAULTY GOODS

• If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• If you are returning an international order, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
